In the capital city of Thimphu, visit the Taschidzong, the administrative and religious center of Bhutan, built on the right bank of Thimphu Chu; see the Memorial Chorten, dedicated to the 3rd King of Bhutan; and take a trip to the Drubthen Gompa Nunnery.
