La Maison Arabe
As soon as you enter the La Maison Arabe, you are surrounded by the warmth and aesthetic richness that sets this property above so many others. In the 1940’s the Maison Arabe was the first restaurant in Marrakech’s medina to offer the finest in Moroccan cuisine to such luminaries as Winston Churchill.
Today, this highly exclusive property has ten rooms & suites, set around two plant-filled courtyards. Sumptuous textiles, fine traditional wooden furniture and objet d’art make the La Maison Arabe a delightful base. The service is marked by true grace and hospitality. Each room is uniquely decorated. The restaurant continues its reputation for exceptional Moroccan cuisine, and can arrange cooking classes. A 10-minute drive takes you to a pool for the exclusive use by hotel guests. The pool is surrounded by palm and olive trees, and has a hammam and cafe on site.
