Prices
Cost is per person, based on double occupancy, unless otherwise specified. All tour costs are based upon the services specified in each tour's detailed itinerary. Services are sold as a complete package and Absolute Travel will not provide a breakdown of trip component costs. All costs quoted are based on availability and subject to change. When included, airfare and airport taxes are current and subject to change without warning, as airlines can unexpectedly impose rate increases; airfare may increase between time of booking/payment and issuing of ticket due to fuel surcharges and other fees imposed at the discretion of the airlines.

Deposits & Payments
A deposit of $2,000 per person is required in order to confirm all services. Final payment is due 90 days prior to international departure. Payment may be made by personal check, travel agency check, or credit card (American Express, Discover Card, Visa and MasterCard).

Refunds
Deposits are fully refundable less an $800 per person service fee until 90 days prior to the scheduled tour departure. Within 90 days of departure, deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations are subject to the following penalties of the full tour price:

• Between 90-46 days of scheduled tour departure: 50% penalty
• 45 or fewer days until scheduled tour departure: 100% penalty
• Deposits paid to lodges are subject to non-negotiable cancellation penalties and will be deducted from the above refunds. Any penalties and/or fees imposed by our suppliers will be added to the penalties outlined above

Insurance
Cancellation and other travel-related insurance packages are strongly recommended. Absolute Travel's preferred travel insurance company is CSA Travel Protection. For further information about their insurance options, please refer to their website: www.csatravelprotection.com, or contact them directly at (800) 348-9505. Please refer to Absolute Travel's booking code 810-254-42 when purchasing insurance packages, or making any subsequent claims. Please note that some insurance coverage must be purchased within a limited time after payment: insurance packages that cover pre-existing conditions, for example, must be purchased within 7 days of making initial trip deposit. Please review insurance policies prior to final payment.

Visas
Unless otherwise specified, Absolute Travel tours include visa authorization and processing fees. In some countries, visas can only be obtained upon arrival, in which case the fee cannot be pre-paid and clients will be required to pay it directly upon arrival. This is occasionally in addition to a visa authorization fee, which is included in tour cost. Visa applications will be provided upon receipt of deposit and will be processed following full payment. Passports must be valid for 6 months after the date that travel commences and must have enough pages to accommodate any necessary visas.

Terms & Conditions
A complete tour contract will be forwarded upon receipt of deposit. The contract outlines all terms and conditions pertaining to the booking, and must be signed and returned to Absolute Travel no later than 90 days prior to the scheduled tour departure date.

Luggage Restrictions
In the following countries, baggage allowance on charter flights is restricted to one soft bag per person not to exceed the weight specified below, plus a "reasonable amount" of photographic and/or video equipment. Excess luggage may require an extra aircraft to safely transport, a cost that will be absorbed by the client and must be settled directly with the charter aircraft carrier.

• South Africa: Baggage allowance restricted to 44 pounds
• Namibia, Botswana and Zambia: Baggage allowance restricted to 22 pounds
• East Africa: Baggage allowance restricted to 26 pounds
